This hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. Firstly, the value for money was excellent - we couldn't believe how affordable it was to stay in such a central location within Venice. The attention to detail throughout the hotel was fantastic, with rooms that were just like the ones in the pictures - beautifully Venetian and full of charm. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. We also loved the fact that breakfast was included, and the freshly home baked bread was a highlight of our mornings.
No improvements needed - our stay was flawless.

The hotel is conveniently located very close to the San Angelo water bus stop, allowing easy access to all the attractions I wanted to see. it is in close proximity to the main Venetian landmarks, making it a great base for exploring the city.
There were steep stairs leading up to the rooms, which might pose a challenge for guests with disabilities or those who struggle with stairs.

I had a great stay at a small and charming hotel in an excellent location. The room I was given was comfortable and clean. The hostess was friendly and welcoming. The hotel was easy to find and just a few steps from the bus stop. Despite some minor issues, overall I would recommend this hotel for a nice holiday in Venice.

It is also easy to access from the vaporetto stop, making it convenient for exploring other parts of the city.
